This one of the worse CCs in the game as it suffers the worst from Chaos and Bastille. Meaning it has a max # of targets and you can't recast until the duration is over and has a pretty bad range. I suggest we either remove the max number or remove the "Power in Use" from the ability. The armor r...Terrify does cc and is better in regular kill missions, tharros strike takes down shields and more bosses are susceptible to it than terrify. (I forget if demolysts are or not, but they definitely arent stripped by terrify) so basically terrify gives a bit more survivability in sp situations, tharrios better for bosses/i believe disruption too
